Equipment list
You need a backpack for day trips. A good bag is enough for the overnight trips we go on. It must be large enough to accommodate a sleeping bag, sleeping mat and necessary clothing for the trip.
Backpack
You must have a three-season sleeping bag. This means that it should be comfortable to sleep with outdoors in temperatures down to zero degrees. Foam sleeping pads work well and insulate well from the ground.
Sleeping bag and sleeping mat
You will need a small first aid kit with sports tape, chafing plasters, plasters/bandages, scissors, etc.
The teacher brings ice packs to the sports activity in case of injury.
First aid and safety
You need good gym shoes for indoor ball activities and training. You will also need good sneakers for outdoor training. Waterproof running shoes or mountain shoes for hiking. Football shoes for use on artificial turf or grass.
Shoes
You'll need training clothes for all kinds of weather, both indoors and outdoors, including waterproof and windproof clothing for hiking.
You'll also need two sets of wool underwear and wool socks. It's also a good idea to have a warm down jacket, wool sweater or similar.
Clothing
You need a water bottle. You'll also need a headlamp, dining set, thermos, knife, sunglasses and sunscreen.
If you have a racket for various racket sports, a floorball stick, ice hockey stick or your own hockey skates, we recommend that you bring this with you.
Other
You don't need to have your own skis to take this course. However, we are going to Oppdal for a week in the ski center there in January. Then you can rent slalom skis or snowboards if you don't have your own.
